产品介绍:

微波、超声波、紫外线三种能源自由组合协同工作,软件控制三者定时开启和关闭,达到多能协同效应。 IUW-2采用浸入式超声波发射器,超声波功率可调范围:0-800W,频率28KHZ,自动扫频锁频; 配备两组紫外光源(标准紫外灯功率300W,主波长365nm,可选紫外灯功率100W,主波长254nm),可进行选择性光化学研究。INOWave-2000配备多个反应容器, 50-2000ml玻璃瓶满足常规使用,可选配多规格石英反应瓶满足紫外光下的光化学反应。


IUW-2可进行高压密封反应,配备三种密封反应容器-100ml、200ml和500ml,解决了从实验室研究到生产验证的放大过程。 密闭反应容器可满足230℃、2Mpa下的长期反应过程,大大扩展了常压反应的温压条件。 在加压模式下,IUW-2具有智能安全压力控制系统,实现实时超压报警和主动泄压,复合纤维外置容器和高强度金属框架确保反应安全顺畅。


 高精度双通道红外温度传感器和铂电阻温度传感器自动切换,红外测温范围0-900℃(标配300℃),铂电阻测温范围0-250℃, 精度为±1°C。 加压反应配备专利压电晶体(压力控制范围0-5MPa,精度±0.01MPa),实现反应过程压力监控,保证实验安全舒适。 同一系统可进行微波常压和加压反应,软件可自动判断反应容器类型,防止误操作。


IUW-2配备机械和磁力搅拌装置。 数显恒速机械搅拌特别适用于高粘度液体反应,转速30-1600r/min。 可实现实时调速并显示转速(±10r/级),扭矩300N.m。 可顺时针或逆时针搅拌,机械搅拌棒材质为PEEK或石英。 内置磁力搅拌转速0~800r/min,转速程序可调,实时显示。


IUW-2配备智能控制软件。 可与电脑连接传输反应参数和曲线,并可无限记录每一个反应过程和曲线; 它可以通过计算机实时控制或改变主机的反应参数,实现用户对微波、超声波和紫外线辐射三种能量源的程序化开启或关闭。 7寸彩色液晶触摸屏可对各种反应参数和曲线进行准确设置和实时显示,并实时显示反应彩色图像。 腔体配备彩色记录系统,可通过彩色液晶屏实时显示反应图像,并可输出图像信号,方便用户记录或外接。


它具有大容量 316L 不锈钢工业烤箱室。 超大烘箱腔体,高强度防腐涂层处理,可满足最大2000毫升常压反应; 烘箱内装有高速风机,风量3mL/min。 根据反应情况自动进行3档变速; 配有回流冷凝、滴液、分水等装置,并配有惰性保护气体接入管; 本产品通过IS09001:2008和欧盟安全CE认证。
